核心问题不在于平台名称本身，而在于AI参与法律支出管理后，数据、判断与服务责任如何分配。企业需厘清ELM及财务、采购数据的控制权、访问权限、留存期限和跨境传输安排，并审查托管服务商是否承担数据安全、模型输出错误、系统中断及未经授权操作的合同责任。若平台用于预算、发票审核或供应商评价，还应保留人工复核、审计追踪和纠错机制，避免将算法建议误作具有法律效力的结论。
